英国ロイヤルのバヤデールが好きなのでマカロワ版と知って思わず感激してしまいました.
一場,一場の迫力や個々の
CASTの表現力の差は多少感じますが...
映像も音楽も断然クオリティが高くなにしろニキヤがザハロワですから嬉しい限りです.

バヤデール初心者の方には民族舞踊の豊富なオペラ座のものが観やすいのでそちらもおすすめですが
マカロワ版はニキヤ、ソロル、ガムザッティの三角関係を更に掘り下げた演出になっています.
いやいや、もっとドロドロした愛憎劇が観たいと仰るコアな方には英国ロイヤルのものをぜひ、どうぞ.

ニキヤのザハロワは繊細で美しくテクニックも抜群.
ただジゼル同様、生と死の表現力の差があまりないのが非常に残念です.
またボッレのソロルが期待以上にはまり役!!
ボッレは勇壮でサポート力もあるので1幕のパドドゥではムハメドフみたいにリフトでくるっと1回転して欲しかったです〜.
ロイヤル版と比較すると観るたびに新たな発見があり非常に興味深いです...
(花籠の踊りやVariation等振り付けが違うものもあります)

1幕の婚約式は踊りも衣裳も音楽も大好きです.
ただ、ボリショイのブイローワ、英国ロイヤルのダーシー・バッセル、パリ・オペラ座のプラテル等と比較するとガムザッティの存在感と迫力に欠けるのが残念です.
特に終幕の結婚式でのパドトロワがそれを物語っている.

あとソロルが幻覚を見るシーンは微妙な加工がされていて
最後の寺院崩壊のシーンもこの映像では現代的な演出(CG!?)になっています.

ＴＤＫコアさんの作品はチャプター割りが適切で画像の解像度も高いのでこの作品を含め安心してお勧めできます。　映像は１６：９で音声はリニアＰＣＭと５．１ｃｈサラウンド両建てなのでＰＣでもホームシアターでも楽しめます。　さて作品内容ですがマカロワ版なので３幕の寺院崩壊まで含まれます。　２幕のいわゆる「影の王国」（幻影の場面）の群舞は６ｘ４の２４人編成で本来の３２人よりも小振りですが、オペラ座出身のオリビエリ芸術監督が丹精込めて仕上げた感じがひしひしと伝わってきて素敵です。　商品説明に書いてあるとおりザハーロワ・ボッレ組の息の合ったパートナーシップも文句なしで、ガムザッティー役のイザベル・ブリュッソンも輝いてます。　また「白鳥」でブッフォン役だったアントニーノ・ステラのＣ３ＰＯ風ブロンズ・アイドルも楽しめます（笑）。　買って損はしないと思います。　お勧めです。

サハロワ＆ボッレのペアでの画像は、以前に「ジゼル」を購入して以来のことでしたが、期待に違わず惚れ惚れする演技にぞっこんまいりました。特にザハロワの身体能力（柔軟性）には想像を絶する好演技でした。ボッレも男らしく柔軟なサポートで色男抜群でした。ガムザッティもよく踊っていましたが、硬い感じがしてもう少し元気出してもよかったのではと思います。何といってもザハロワが素晴らしく感動しました。次回の映像により期待がかかります。
