私は栄養学的な専門知識はないので、本当のところはよく分かりませんが
栄養補助食品がどれも同じ程度だとした場合、カロリーメイトのほうがバックに入れてもかさばらず、
胃の小さい小食の私にはわりとお腹にたまりやすいので、さらにチョコレート好きなので重宝しています。
飲み物は重たいのと甘すぎる感じで苦手なので、こちらにしています。

普段は出来るだけしっかり朝食を摂る様心がけていますが
急いでいる時にはこういったバランス栄養食品も利用します。
片手でサッと食べられるので移動中などにも便利です。
カロリーメイトは１本あたり100kcalとなっていて
カロリー計算が簡単なのでダイエット中にも重宝しそう。
イギリス・スコットランド地方のお菓子
ショートブレッドをヒントに作られたのだそうです。
11種類のビタミン・6種類のミネラルをバランスよく摂取できます。
朝食、カロリーコントロール用、小腹が空いた時…
保存が利くので非常食としても使えそう。
味が4種類ありますが私はチーズとチョコが好きです。

以前は３５００円くらいだったと思うんだけど値上げ？して４０００円以上になったのでまとめ買いしてもお得感が無くなったので、ここで買う価値がほとんどなくなりました。
ドラッグストアで１個１６０円くらいで買えますから・・・
