ヨガもピラティスも、そういう健康的なことには利用していませんが、日々のリラックスの為にBGMとして利用しています。
音楽に身を任せ、じっくり静かな時間に聴くのが私のお気に入り。
また、PC作業のお供としても最高です。
デトックス、というよりも「瞑想」という言葉が合うCDだなと思いました。
邪魔な音は一つも無く、頭の中をリラックスへと導いてくれます。

水や海の自然音が使われているのでとても
リラックスできます。

公式サイトで視聴してみた所、何度も繰り返し視聴してしまいました。そして思わず注文。
なので、何度聞いても落ち着きますね〜。お風呂上がり、寝る前の精神安定剤として最高です。これが届いて以来、ずっとこれがCDコンポに入りっぱなしです。
せせらぎの他、波の音、イルカの声、クジラの歌など、自然の様々な音が入っていて、とってもリラックスできます。このシリーズで、波の音だけ、とか、色々目的別にあるので正直迷いますが、まずはこれを聴いてみてからでもいいのでは？
