3作目ですが、前2作から音作りは大きく方向転換して
キラキラエレクトロポップを纏うことになりました。
しかしメロディのキャッチーさや
キャッチーながら芯がタイトなところは変わらず、
ますます好きになりました。

「21世紀型モッズ・パンク」と形容されて出てきた彼らですが、
「モッズのスタイル（決まり事）」「パンクのスタイル（決まり事）」
が好きな方には、この音作りの変化は「？」かも知れません。

但し、元々UKロックの様々な歴史を上手くブレンドしながら
現代に持ってきて自分たちらしさを出せている彼らですから、
今回はこれまでの雰囲気に更に「UKのキラキラ時代」と
最近の「エレクトロ風味」をブレンドさせたものをも
盛り込んだ、という楽しさ満載の出来だと私は思います。
UKロックだからと言って、みんながみんな
しかめっ面でツバを吐いてばかりいた訳ではありませんよね。

そもそも、「モッズ」=「MODERNS」（常に最新モードを意識する）
「パンク」（既成概念を打ち破り、一所に留まる事を良しとしない）
というのが本質な訳ですから、
今作も「21世紀型モッズ・パンク」という形容は、
そのまま生きていると言って良いのかも知れません。
