先に購入したalfiのジュエルクラッシックが気に入ったので、職場にもalfiの物を
持って行きたくてちょっと高めかと思いましたが、購入しました。使ってみた感想を言うと、当然ながら保温は申し分なく入れていったコーヒーが約７時間後でもおいしく飲めました。ただ、プッシュ式の中栓ではないので片手でカップを持ったまま、ワンタッチで注ぐといった動作（例えば立ったまま）はできず、中栓を緩めてカップに注がなくてはなりません。しかしその分、中栓がシンプルで汚れがこびりついたり、入り込んだりする箇所がなく、好感がもてます。ボトルの下部は平均的な0.5Ｌのものより大きいので市販のポーチやケースは適応するものが少ないと思います。自分はリュックに入れて行くので特に必要ではありませんが。独特の曲線を出したデザインと高級な質感は永く愛着が持てそうです。

20年来楽しんだカフェラテにも飽きたので、香りの高い中国茶を職場でも楽しもうと、alfiのトップサーモを購入しました。出勤前に入れたお茶を午前中一杯楽しんでいます。独特のフォームとドイツ製らしいステンレスの作りとシンプルな部品構成が好きです。胴体の直径はくびれ付近でもかなり太く、手を滑らすことを心配しましたが、表面がサテン仕上げのためか以外と滑りません。ステンレス製のため傷も付きにくいようです。構成パーツは本体（総ステン）、キャップ（外ステン、内プラ）、ねじ込み式の中栓（プラ一体整形にＯリング一つのみ）で、衛生面やにおいの付き難さから優れていると思います。デメリットは、太さ（最大8cm）が入れる鞄を選ぶこと、重量がかさむ（最大約1kg）、ねじ込み式の内栓のため瞬時に注ぐことはできないこと（必要？）でしょうか。口径が4cmのため、サーモを洗う時は柄の長いほ乳瓶洗いが便利です。

私は南部鉄瓶でお湯を沸かしてハーブティーをを飲むのが日課になっています。
鉄瓶で多目にお湯を沸かして今飲む分だけカップにお湯を注いだら
残りはこのポットに入れて保存しておきます。
朝入れたお湯は夕方でも十分お茶がいれられるくらい熱いです。

また、リーフを直接お湯と一緒にポットにいれて茶こしで漉しながら飲むこともあるのですが
作りがとてもシンプルで口も広いのでおそうじがとってもラク！
本体はコップや哺乳びん用の柄の長いスポンジやブラシでザクザク洗い、
キャップはスポンジでつるんと洗えます。複雑な溝がないのでつま楊枝や綿棒は不要です（笑）
また、殺菌のためにつけ置きしてもすすぎ残しの心配がないです。

電子ポットでは場所をとり過ぎるし、かといってお茶を飲むたびお湯を沸かすのがめんどくさく、一日に３回くらいお茶が飲めれば十分な人にはこれで十分だと思います。

そしてデザインもいい！
ゆるやかなライン（くびれ？）とシルキーな表面加工でステンレスなのに無機質過ぎない感じが気に入ってます。
機能性とデザイン両方満足させてくれて、長ぁ〜く愛用できそうです。

あと、熱湯をいれて暫くしたら蓋の部分が温かくなっていたのでここから放熱するのだろうと思いオーブンミトンをサクッと被せておいたら更に保温時間が長くなりました〜（笑）
