今作はテレビ東京系アニメ「D.Gray-man」のエンディング曲として書き下ろした楽曲。タイトルからもわかる通り、アップテンポながらも、冬の時期にぴったりな少し切ないバラードソングに仕上がっています。アニメの少しダークで繊細な世界観ともリンクしたサウンドメイクとそんなダークな世界観の中でも熱く芯の強いキモチを表すかのような歌詞の内容の絶妙さ加減でニルギリスならではの世界観を追求しています。カップリングには、ニルギリスの楽曲とクリスマスソングのマッシュアップ楽曲を収録している。

NIRGILISは、sakura 以来聞いていませんでしたが、
偶然この曲を聞いて、やはり彼女たちらしい曲だなあと思いました。
一回聞いただけではあまり掴めないようなメロディーラインや曲の流れなんですが、
どこか耳に残ってしまう。そして何度も聞いていると、毎回どんどん好きになって
惹き込まれていってしまう曲だと思います。

私は、サビの後半部分が1番、2番、そしてラストと、全て微妙に違っていて、
回を重ねる毎に盛り上がっていくのがなんだか新鮮で好きです。
ありきたりなメロディーではないので、いったん覚えてしまうと頭から離れません。
かわいらしさとともになんとなくダークな雰囲気も持ち合わせていて、
個性的なんだけれどなじみやすい曲です。

アニメD.Gray-manのEDから知った曲ですが、良いです!
この冬の季節にぴったりで、思わずエンドレスに聞いてしまう、素敵な曲です♪
スノー キーッス♪
思わず口ずさんでしまったりも…癖になってしまいました。^/^
