ニンテンドーDSで登場します。その名も「脳内エステ IQサプリDS」。
番組中でも大人気のサプリの中から、全13種類を収録。さらに、ゲームオリジナルの
問題も多数収録しており、やりごたえも十分。ニンテンドーDSならではのタッチ機能や
マイク機能を利用した、ひねりをきかせた問題が多数登場します。

モノサプリは正解してるのに「モヤっと」になるし、音声は認識せずに違う言葉とされる。
IQミラーは正解が出ないし、問題数が少なく、次の段階に進むまでに何回も同じ問題をやらされる。
クイズゲームとしては未完成品です。クイズゲームの欠点だけを寄せ集めて作られたゲームです。オススメは出来ません。

本当、最低・最悪のゲームです。どなたかも仰ってましたが、モノサプリは正解しててもモヤッとになるし（かなりイラつきます)、問題数も少ない。音声は全然認識されない(これは脳トレ等もそうですし、DS本体に問題ありそうですが）、明らかに手抜きで作ったって感じです。果たして、自分達でやってみたのでしょうか？絶対買わない方が良いです。

できればミナポンまで忠実に再現して欲しかった。
文字と音声の認識もいまいち。
