エニドのリーダーである、ロバート・ジョン・ゴドフリーの1973年のソロ作。
長らく廃盤状態が続いており、高額な値で取引されていたアルバム。
ただ、残念なことに紙ジャケであるがリマスターものではなく、既存のCDからの盤起こしとのこと。
サウンドの方は、ゴドフリーの求めるクラシカルなロックをそのまま体現したような音で、
優雅なピアノタッチに、やわらかなヴォーカル、壮大なシンセ群とめくるめくようなオーケストレイション、
本物のオケを使わずともここまで壮麗なサウンドを作れるのだという、
クラシックを愛するゴドフリーの理想の追求ともいうべき瑞々しさが音の端々に感じられる。
ヒプノシスによる印象的なアートワークもこの音楽の世界観を見事に表現している。
