彼女の歌は、やっぱりアニメの主題歌で取り上げられていた初期の歌ばかし有名で、最近の曲はあんまり知られていないと思います。
ですが個人的にはマスコミなどではあまり取り上げられなくなった４枚目〜８枚目ぐらいの歌が本当に大好きです。
純粋な愛の歌や、人生を感じさせてくれる歌。そして聴いているうちについ鼻歌が出てしまうメロディ。
今回のベスト盤で今まで少数の人にしか知られていなかった名曲の数々が、脚光を浴びてくれたらな、そう言う思いでいっぱいです。
あと、彼女の以前のアルバム収録曲で、今回残念ながら収録されなかった曲にも素晴しい物が沢山そろっているので、是非ともこのベストから、深くて優しい小松ワールドに旅立って頂きたいと思います♪

メジャーデビューから早いもので10年が経過したのですね。
本作品は、【DEEN】や【FIELD OF VIEW】などの曲も多く手掛けた、小松未歩のBEST OF SINGLESです。
これまでプロデュースしたシングルすべてが収録されているということもあり、ひとつの作品としてみても非常に価値の高いものと思います。

【氷の上に立つように】などは、シングルVer.とアルバムVer.が存在します。
個人的にはシングルVer.が好きなのですが、本作品はすべてシングルVer.が収録されています。
アルバムVer.は変にリメイクされていたりするものが多いので、シングルVer.を知っているリスナーは不満を覚えたりもしますが、
本作品ではそのような心配は無用ということになります。

これまでプロデュースしたシングル曲がすべて収められているので非常に贅沢な1枚と言えるでしょうが、
ただひとつ惜しむらくは、曲以外の分野。
歌詞カードでも謳われていますが、曲間のあちらこちらにノイズが混ざっています。
製作者側の意図だということですが、どういった考えでノイズを入れたものかが疑問です。
小松未歩本人がこれで納得したというのなら妥協も出来ますが・・・。

歌詞カードもお粗末。あまりに飾り気がありません。
これが10年という節目を飾るに相応しいデザインなのだろうかと思わざるを得ません。
曲やジャケットが素晴らしいがゆえ、他にももう少し気を配るべきではなかったのかと、製作者側にクレームをつけたいのが本音です。

ベスト盤となると、その内容の期待も大きくなるためか、どうしても賛否が分かれてしまうところだけど、今までの軌跡をたどる盤として、期待したいと思います。
ここ最近は、あまり目立たなくなってしまった彼女ではありますが、通して聞いてみて、どこかにありそうでない、不思議な魅力を持った曲がちりばめられているなぁと改めて感じます。
そして極めつけは新曲、happy ending。
この曲にも、期待です。
