　原作同様、アニメも忠実に　働いている人たちの「本音」を隠すことなく描かれている。
カッコいいヒーローが出てくる作品ではなく、ありきたりの現実を描いた真のドラマだと思う。　それだけ見ごたえもあると思います。
　じっくり腰をすえて見たい作品です。
OPはPuffy、EDはチャットモンチー、共にお気に入りです。

原作は、女性の書いたお仕事漫画では、最も男性が共感できる作品。
松方に共感できない人も結構いるだろうが、彼女だけが主役ではないし、彼女が全肯定されてるわけでもないので、その辺の作りはうまい。

安野モヨコ原作アニメでは、もっとも原作に忠実で、なおかつ肉付け部分もしっかりしている。
キャストもぴったりで違和感無し。
特に田中理恵が、今までのイメージと違う役柄ながらも、意外とはまっていてびっくり。
ベタながらも、熱く、元気にさせてくれる、しらけきった現代社会においては一服の清涼剤となる作品。


画面サイズは１６：９で、音声はリニアPCM。

見ていて「うんうん、そーなんだよなあ〜」と思うアニメ。社会人って、特に男の職場の中での女って大変なんすよね〜。男って気に入った女はあからさまにえこひいきするし、実力主義だから真面目にやっているだけでは認められないし。でも、この主人公を見てるとその行動力とパワー、時には悩んだりする姿に見ていて励まされます。まさに、等身大の主人公!

ドラマにもなるこの作品…働くって事はその方向性が人それぞれで色々な事が職場以外でも影響します。働く職場ドラマはどんなストーリーを生むのかは観てのお楽しみです。
