初めにこれに付けた星はオープニング曲とそれを歌うジャ・ジャのみに付けた物であり、エンディング曲を歌うゴマキにはカケラも与えたく無い。
銀河鉄道物語(続編?)の新しいオープニングになったCareythelight(ジャ・ジャ)は、言葉で表現するのが難しいけど、なんと言うか胸を打つと言うのか、目頭が熱くなる様な心に響くとても素晴らしい最高の歌です(*^-^)b
替わってゴマキの歌うエンディング曲は、もの凄くヒドい…いやヒド過ぎ(涙)
作詞・作曲はつんくで、悲しいかな人選がモー娘(元モー娘も含む)に制限若しくは選択が限定されちゃったのか、ゴマキを選んだのは最大の失敗(>_<)
オープニング曲に比べて、向こうが透けてよく見える程、なんとも薄っぺらい歌…ペラッペラです。
別な意味で心に響く?汚染物質。
初めて聞いた時は、もの凄く気分が悪くなった(汗)
それ以来、銀河鉄道物語を見る時は、最高のオープニング曲〜個人的に良いストーリーの本編〜エンディング曲は必ずスキップ〜次回予告となった(*_*)
このCDはジャ・ジャの歌うオープニング曲を、ゴマキのヒド過ぎる歌が邪魔をして、売り上げにも悪影響が出そう(涙)
ゴマキ程度の歌唱力を持った人ならシロウトにも沢山居る。

　銀河鉄道物語の第2編〜永遠への分岐点〜シリーズの主題歌シングル。第1編は999(スリーナイン)を歌った佐々木功（ささきいさお）による勇壮なサウンドだったが、こちらは女性バラードだ。「戦闘モノ」の主題歌に合っているかは微妙だが、UP FRONT WORKSがスポンサーの1つである以上、有無を言わさずといった所か？

　中国人シンガー：紀敏佳(ジ・ミンジャ) こと「ジャ・ジャ」が歌うオープニング「Carry the Light」と、後藤真希（元モーニング娘。）が歌うエンディング「All of Us」をカップリング。それぞれのカラオケ入りだ。

　まずオープニングの「Carry the Light」だが、15万人規模のオーディションで地区優勝(総合5位)しただけあって、歌は世界レベル。透明かつ力強い高音はまさに「プロ」という感じ。更にアジアの歌手（テレサ・テンやBoAなど）にありがちな、日本語がたどたどしい、という事も全くない。耳は相当良いようだ。一般のポップ・バラードとしてはなかなか良い曲だと思う（個人的には佐々木功に続投して欲しかったが）。

　エンディングの「All of Us」は、まぁ普通。デビュー時より歌は良くなったが、「歌う」ことだけは才能。上手い人は最初から上手いし、下手な人は改善はしても100点満点には絶対ならない。微妙に音がズレるし、お金を出して聴く歌じゃない。モーニング娘。は元々上手い人を集めていないから…。あ、福田明日香だけは別だけど（相川七瀬や工藤静香の曲を本物以上に歌う圧倒的な歌唱力をしていた・知ってるかな？）。後藤真希「All of Us」単独のシングルだったら買わなかったと思う。点数は殆どジャ・ジャの曲の方に。
