ルルティアの5ndアルバムにしてインディーズ初アルバムは、
全15曲収録で未発表曲は5曲、後はｼﾝｸﾞﾙ収録曲＆Inst。

さらっと聴くと未発表の2曲が気に入った。
「Time Traveler」ピアノソロとルルティアの澄んだ声が静かに語りかけるよう。独りごちるような嘆き。詩は戦争について語られ「GOAL」と近い部分もある。
「パレード」夢を追う事で捨てた君。疲弊した僕。 ルルティアが度々歌うテーマの曲。

未発表曲は初聴で泣きたくなるような衝動が湧いてこなかったが、
じっくり聴くと好きになる曲が増えそうだ。

インディーズ移籍後、第一弾のフルアルバムです。収録曲は下記の10曲＋インスト5曲の構成になっています。
ルルティアというアーティストの、切なさを伴う祈りとも叫びともつかない妖精のような声に、プラス人間味を加えたテイストで綴られている今作は、ルルティアのルルティアらしさを一番表現しているアルバムなのかもしれません。
東芝時代の妖精の雛のイメージも含めつつ、更に成長した妖精の女王ともいうべき美しさと刹那さを求める方への、お薦めの一枚です。

ネットで注文し、今日やっと手に入ったルルティアのインディ−ズ第一弾となるアルバム「Chorion」。
デビュー当初からの魅力であった、儚い中にも強い思いが伝わってくるというルルティアの世界観が、今まで以上に強く感じれるアルバムだと思う。
公式のネットラジオで彼女が「今までは幅広く色々なものを取り入れて来た」と言っているが、今作はテーマが絞られていてよりルルティアの世界観が解りやすく、エモーショナルな方向性がはっきりと打ち出されている。
一曲一曲のクオリティーの高さを考えれば、捨て曲ばかり収録し曲数でお得感をアピールしてる安易なアルバムよりは、ヴォーカル曲が１０曲でも満足度はかなり高いアルバムに仕上がっていると思う。インストについても動画インタビューで本人が語っている通り、ちゃんと意図があり、自分的には十分納得できた。
