   ビルの谷間でのスイングや、4本の人工アームを使ったドック・オクとのバトルで、アクションは前作より格段に進化。とくにブレーキが効かなくなった列車上での死闘は、そのスピード感に息をのむばかりだ。ドック・オクのアームが人々を襲うシーンなどに、B級ホラー的なカットを挿入するのもサム・ライミ監督らしい。愛するMJが上司の息子と婚約し、親友ハリーから恨まれ…と、ピーターの青春ドラマが共感たっぷりに描かれるのが本シリーズ最大の魅力で、トビー・マグワイアは内面に悩みを抱えたヒーローの演技にさらに磨きをかけている。マスクの下の素顔が人目にさらされ、第3作の物語を予感させるラストなど、とにかく無駄なシーンが一切ない、エンタテインメントの見本のような続編になった。（斉藤博昭）

3点でもいいくらい。音声を英語、日本語それぞれドルビーデジタル5.1チャンネル・サラウンドとドルビーサラウンドの二本立てで合計4種類、凝りすぎのメニュー画面、大盤振る舞いの特典、本編ディスクに余りに多くの付加価値を付けてしまった結果、本編画質にその弊害が顕著に出てしまっている。色に精彩感を欠き、詰まり気味。
付録を付けた為に本編画質に悪影響なんて本末転倒である。
ストーリーは第1作目に負けず劣らず素晴らしい。ファンは感涙ものではなかろうか。それだけに画質の悪さが惜しい!特典不要の方は、スーパービットDVDをオススメする!

スピード感のある救出や戦闘シーンは良い意味で相変わらず。
主人公の苦悩するストーリーも良くできてると思います。
ただスパイダーマンがなんかフルＣＧになっちゃった感じですがギリギリ目を
瞑れる点数です。(最後のヘリコプターは×ですが･･･)
1つの★マイナスの要点は相変わらず最悪の尻軽女であるＭＪ。
この女はグリーンゴブリン、ドクオックと肩をならべる悪女だ。
役柄もさることながら、この女優さんルックスが以前よりダウンしてます。
それなのに女優として成功しているという設定なので、無理があった。

A Kid's Review
　面白いのですが、ドック・オクとの対決を申し越しだけ増やして欲しい。スパイダーマン自身の活躍シーンは割と多めですが・・。
　ラストシーンはあれはやはり三作目への序章でしょうか、１，２を見たら３を見ずにはいられなくするようにしたのか、消化不良気味な終わり方です。
