シリーズの売りだったCAWが７よりも退化したのが残念。パーツ、技ともに減ってます。
入場設定もロードの連続で非常にテンポが悪いです。
それから・・・何ですかこの説明書はｗ白黒な上に、より詳細な操作説明はコチラって・・・。
あと試合システムに関してですが、軽量級はただでさえ投げ技の時重い選手を持ち上げられないというハンデがあるのに今作は更に一部の打撃すら無効化されてしまうのでキツイ。ミステリオなんか目も当てられない。なんせオートンやカートクラスの選手にすら一部打撃が効かない。体重差システム今回はやりすぎ。

次に良いところですが、まず試合面がパワーアップしてます。
今までの作品よりも返し技のモーションがよりリアルになり新鮮ですね。他にも投げ技効果音がリアルになって良いです。環境グラップルやインタラクティブグラップルも良い感じで、プロレスらしさといった点ではシリーズ最高ではないでしょうか。
更にラダー戦のシステムもより現実的なものに変わって面白いです。ハシゴを立てかけての駆け上りも出来て面白いです。
新しくなった操作方法も最初はどうかなと思ったけど慣れたら良い感じ。右スティックを使った投げ技は結構新鮮。

CAWの退化で間口は狭くなりましたが試合システムはなかなかで、あまりCAWに興味のない私としては非常に楽しめてます。しかし、CAWに期待して買うにはオススメしません。CAWで楽しみたい人は５や７を買ったほうが良いです。やはりこれだけ色々詰め込むとCAWパーツや技を減少させるほかないのかもしれません。体重システムでの軽量選手の過度の不遇が痛すぎるため☆は厳しめにしました。でもWWE好きなら買って損無し。

グラフィックは綺麗です。システムも慣れれば悪くありません。
ストーリーモードもおもしろい。唯一最大の欠点はロードが長すぎることです。
特にストーリーモードのロードがかなりのストレス。
場所移動、情報確認、イベントシーン、試合入場、試合開始直前、すべて３０秒くらいロードがあります。まったく進めません。次回はこれをなんとかしてくれないと買いません。
そこがなければ、星５です。

グラフィックに関しては今作も言うことありません。ヤバイくらいリアルな入場シーン。試合も様々なギミックが追加され、よりエンターテインメント性が増しました。さらに、オプションで細かく設定できる点も好印象。ただ、ローカライズが一部のみで英語表記が多いのは残念。それと何かするたびロードが入る(しかも長い)ので忍耐力が必要かと…。比較するのは酷ですが、スーパースターの豪華さ、シーズンモードの分岐、クリエイトの扱いやすさ等、エキプロ5を超える作品は出てないような気がします。
