Wiiでようやく遊んでいて楽しいと思えるソフトが出た、という感じです。
前作のマリオサンシャインは難しかったのと、
我慢してやってましたが結局3D酔いに耐えられなくなったこともあり
後半のほうでリタイヤした記憶があります。（64のマリオはしたことありません）
今作はまず私のように3D酔いのため、最近の近代的なゲームはしたくても
できないという悲しい思いをしている方には比較的安心して遊んでもらえると思います。
私も今回のマリオは、ほぼ酔うことなくとりあえずクリアーできました。
現在スター１２０個目指してちょっとずつつまみ食いのように楽しんでます。

１ステージが短いので、仕事などでゲームのためのまとまった時間が割けない方でも、
少しずつ進めることができるのでいいです。
グラフィックはWiiにしてはかなり美麗。
確かにカメラワークの都合上やや見づらくなったり、マリオの位置が把握できなくなり
操作を間違えることも時々ありますが、酔わないでゲームできる幸せを考えると
私はそれは特に問題だとは考えておりません。

難易度はクリアーするだけなら、昔からゲームしている方にとっては
やや簡単に感じるかもしれませんが、お子様や、あるいは仕事で時間のない大人が
ストレスなく遊ぶにはちょうどよいかと思います。
クリア後のスター集めになると難易度が上がり、苦労してます。

いろんな意見がありますが、とにかく各ステージを動き回るのが楽しいです。
操作も私は最初から結構スムーズに慣れることができ、操作性もいいですね。
ＣＭを結構流しているわりには、なぜか思ったほど売れてないようですね。
でもやっぱりこのマリオは、いろんな人に楽しんでもらいたいソフトのひとつです。

ファミコンのあの頃，赤いコントローラーを握りしめて熱中したスーパーマリオBros。あれから，何年経つのでしょう。
今度のマリオは，宇宙が舞台。コントローラーもリモコンになりました。それでもマリオの楽しさは変わりません。
子供も大人も楽しめる絶妙のゲームバランス。プレイしているのを観ているだけでも楽しい。
このマリオのためにWiiを買ってもいいんじゃないでしょうか？

子供の頃、ファミコンのマリオにも挫折してしまった私でも
アシストプレイのおかげもあり、なんとかプレイできます。

アシストがあると「我が家の唯一のテレビを独占してる感」が紛れます｡
奪い合いにもならず主人と娘が仲良くプレイしています。

このソフトのおかげで約１年ぶりにWiiが動きだしました｡
その分、DSはスリープ状態です｡

映像、音楽のよさは他の方がすでに書き込んでいる通り素晴らしいです｡

操作については、各ステージごとに易しいところから始まって、
泳ぐ、飛ぶなどの特殊な操作に慣れつつ
徐々に難しくなっていくので ついはまってしまう。
上手に乗せられてるな〜って思います｡

攻略本はなくてもできます。
