●低騒音モード 鍋物や煮物時の中火力(700W)以下に、音が静かな低騒音モードを採用。 火を使わないので安全性が高く、接客テーブルの上での調理に欠かせない卓上IH。それ故に「ファンの音が気になる」というお客様のご不満にお応えし、低騒音化を実現しました。 ファンの回転数を2段階にコントロール。700W以下では、ファンの回転数を2/3に減らし、約38dBの騒音を、約33dBへ低減しています。 ●すっきりコンパクトデザイン 従来機種(KZ-PH3)に比べ、設置面積が約88%とコンパクトなデザイン。 トッププレートの大きさは、ほぼそのままで、本体のコンパクト化を実現。接客テーブルにもスッキリ置くことができるようになりました。 ●味しみこみコース 中央センサーにより、鍋内の温度を検知し、約75℃~100℃の間で周期的に上下させ、食材の内部まで味をしみこませます。

卓上タイプでは他社でも最大1400Wの火力を誇るものがありますが、
最大火力での連続使用時間に制限があるものがあります。
カタログでよくチェックしましょう。
一方このKZ-PH30は1400Wフルパワーで連続稼動が可能。
うどんやパスタを一気に茹で上げる時に連続1400Wは心強いです。

難点をあげるなら、IHはどれも鍋を離した時に一時的に停止
するのですが、この機種は鍋を戻した時に加熱が再開されるまでに
やや時間がかかります。頻繁にフライパンを傾けるような料理では
ちょっといらいらするかもしれません。
あとは環境にもよりますが、反射型液晶は見にくいかも。LEDタイプ
のほうが視認性はよいでしょう。というわけで星4つ。

一人暮らしワンルームで、キッチンに従来タイプの電熱コンロしかない
場合ってけっこうありますよね。あれものすごく火力弱いので、あれの上に
丈夫な台を作って、こういう卓上IHを載せて使うと幸せになれます。
そんなに高くないしおすすめです。

旧機種からの買い替えです。使い方はシンプル スタートボタンを押すと中火で起動します。昔のはフルパワーで起動していたので安心です。ボタンには点字がついていて視覚障害があるわたしでも使いこなせます。フルパワーで1400W炒め物には火力がありますが 電気容量の小さな家庭では他の電化製品と同時使用時はブレーカーの注意が必要かもしれません。エアコン 乾燥機付き洗濯機がだいたい同じくらい消費するようです。

初めてのＩＨ調理器です。
音が気になるかと思いましたが、全然大丈夫。(火力が強くなるごとに音が大きくなりますが、火力最大でも私は気になりません)

以前は火力が約３２００キロカロリーのガスコンロを使用してましたが、全く劣っていません。

鍋が汚れないし、掃除は簡単、コンセント差し込むだけで使用可能で使い勝手は良いです。
