７０年代から８０年代に活躍したデボラ・ハリーのブロンディでは、
このアルバム「オートアメリカン」が最高です！！
なんといってもジャケが結構イケてるじゃぁありませんか。
マンハッタンの屋上で遠近法のように整列したメンバーのユニークな絵。
素晴らしいです！！
内容は、油の乗り切った「夢見るNo.1」「ラプチュアー」というヒット曲を中心に、
何ともオリエンタルなサウンドが展開します。
「恋はハイウェイ・ドライヴ」もシングルになりうるいい曲ですよね。
このＣＤもボーナス曲が目玉です。
映画アメリカンジゴロのサントラのみに収録された「コール・ミー」が、
ロング・バージョンで入ってます。超貴重ですゾ！！
また、アルバムテイクも結構ロングですが、
「ラプチュアー(スペシャル・ディスコ・ミックス)」というよりロングに楽しめるラプチュアーも入ってます。
ブロンディならこのＣＤがおすすめです。ぜひコレクションしましょう！！
