テレビ通販版のはじめの基本プログラムは最初にやるにしてはとてもきつい内容です。
その点ブートキャンプエリートのはじめのプログラムであるこのDVDは約４０分と時間が丁度良くて内容もバンドの使い方、キック、パンチなどの基本動作を学ぶのに最適！

もちろん汗びっしょりかくし、やり終わった後の充実感も気持ちいいものがあります。

ブートキャンプを始めるならこのDVDから始めるのがいいのではないかと私は思います。

通販で日本語字幕のついたDVD4枚組がありましたが
高いし、4枚あってもずっと続けられるか自信がなくて
まず試しにどんなものかと思い購入しました。
これは通販で販売している日本語字幕つきとは内容が違います。
日本語字幕なし、音声は英語ですが、ビリー教官の動きに
ついていくのに必死になるので、字幕がなくても大丈夫でした。

普段運動をせず、体が硬い私には、このエクササイズは結構ハード。
やっぱり、いきなり4枚組を買わなくてよかった…と思いました。
でも、軽快な音楽とビリー教官の声かけのおかげで楽しくできます。
チューブなしでもＯＫ。まずは1枚買って、気軽に始めたい人にお勧めします。

通販でのセット商品はかなりお高いので
興味はあったのですが購入するのを迷っていました。
こちらに単品で販売されていたので早速購入。
普通に再生できました。
日本語字幕などはないので、何を言っているのかはさっぱりですが
まったく支障なしです。
普段の運動不足のせいでかなりきつかったです。
とても単純な動きなのに効きます。
これをクリアしたら次も購入したいですね。
