届いてみると確かに大きいのだけどキャスターが片付けられる上、薄型なので春夏は部屋のすみっこにでも収納できそうな手軽さがいいです。
あととても軽いのでPC作業のときはその近くまでひょいと持ってきて身体をあたためるなどもできます。
肝心のあたたかさですが、部屋全体を温めたいなら1200Wじゃないと無理そうな感じです。600Wだと目の前でしか温かさを実感できない感じ。冬本番にはエアコンで部屋全体を温めてからの利用でないと厳しい気がします。今のところ電気代が怖くて1200Wで数時間というのは試しておりませんが、１時間程度つけていれば部屋全体あったかな感じにはなりました。
ちなみにメーカーに質問してみたところ温度調節のつまみを下げても1200Wならば1200W、600Wなら600Wの電力らしく、電気代的に変わりないならと思いいつもそのW数でのマックスに設定しています。最初1200Wでも温度調節つまみを低くすれば節約になるかなと考えもしましたが、実はそうではないようです。(笑)

デザインは洗練されていて素晴らしいと思います。オイルヒーターよりコンパクトですし、
軽いので持ち運びも苦にならないでしょう。
ただ、あまり暖房能力は高くありません。同じワット数のオイルヒーターの方がぜんぜん温まります。
１１月下旬の関東地方で、高気密住宅の５畳洋室を１１度から１４度に上げるのに約２０分要しました。１４度からはなかなか上がりません。オイルヒーターより即暖を期待していたので期待外れでした。
パネルの前面は１ｍ以上離れると暖かさを感じません。熱はほとんど上部から上へ上がります。
タイマーもついていないので、朝起きる時間に合わせて入れることもできないのが不便です。

スイッチを入れて2秒ほどで暖かくなってきます。その後じんわりと暖かくなってきます。陽だまりにいるようです。また、結構暖房能力もあるようで部屋も暖かくなります。600w−1200wを使います。強弱はダイヤル式。軽量で持ち運びが楽で手放せません。前面は触っても熱くありませんし、過熱防止装置もついているようです。ただし、スイッチを切るとすぐに冷えてきます。こうゆう暖房器具はありそうでなかったものでとても役立ってます。おすすめします。
