また、11種のビタミンとカルシウム・鉄・マグネシウムを豊富に含有。トレーニングや汗で失われがちな栄養素を補います。MEG製法によりおいし く溶けやすくなり、バニラ味で飲みやすくなっています。マラソン、陸上競技の長距離種目、競歩、自転車ロードレース、水泳長距離、トライアスロン、クロスカントリー、スピードスケート長距離など、持久系アスリートに。360g。

お召し上がり方
牛乳または水300mlに、付属のスプーンすりきり3杯(約21g)を溶かしてお飲みください。

　いわゆるモテるカラダ造りのプロテインではないですが、マラソンや自転車競技とくにロードレースなど長距離系のスポーツを楽しみたい！人向きの強い味方になってくれます☆
　私（超ド素人市民レーサー）の経験では、カラダが出来上がってない状態から約一ヶ月間の突貫トレーニングで、レースイベントで自分では納得のいく結果が出せました♪
　飲むときは、水で混ぜてもいいそうですが、牛乳や低脂肪乳の方が栄養のバランスが良いみたいですし、美味しいです♪　付属スプーンが改良されて掬いやすくなってるのもGOOD！！
　当然、年齢や体質などで効果に個人差はあるでしょうし、プロ選手やストイックに記録をのばしたい人には、そんな短期間で劇的に変わるものでもないでしょうが、有酸素系のカラダ造りの早道にはなると思います！！そういった意味ではダイエットの強い味方にもなってくれると言えるでしょう☆☆☆
