きれいな顔した娘がデビューしたなぁなんて思ってたらなんとティーンエイジャー！！
カントリージャンルとしてはここ数年ではジェシカアンドリュースのデビュー同様の大きな成功。
デビュー曲タイトルが『Tim McGraw』!! カントリー界の誇るスター（フェイス・ヒルのだんなさんです）の名前そのまんまのタイトルにびっくり。
最初は彼＝ティム・マグロウ（日本ではティム・マックグロウと紹介されてる）の新曲かと思ったら、
歌っているのが女の子で、デビュー作で、しかもとてもキュートときた。
この曲、『彼がティム・マグロウに夢中で彼の曲ばかり聴いて彼の話ばかり・・
もっと私のことに夢中になってよね！・・』というような歌詞らしい。
なんともカワイイ！！もちろん大ヒットを記録。
セカンドシングル『Teadorop・・・・』もチャート急上昇中でAFNラジオでかかりまくってます。
この両ヒット曲はどちらもカントリーらしい曲調で個人的にもお気に入り＝おすすめ。
聴くほどによくなるタイプのナンバー。
当アルバム、発売以来ロングセラーを続けていて、プラチナアルバム（100万枚）に認定された。
本国では現在キャリーアンダーウッドにつぐランキング第2位。
伸びやかな高音が最大の魅力のキャリーとは違った歌唱スタイルで、
テイラーのナチュラルさは彼女のもつ魅力。
個人的にはテイラーのほうがカントリーらしさを感じる。　聴きくらべてもいいかも。

彼女のアルバムが、日本では未発売で存在自体が無名なのは、勿体無いと思います。一度聞かれると、良い曲ばかりで驚きと共に日本では全くプロモーションしてないのに若く才能のある、アーティストがいるアメリカの音楽業界に感心します。
