まず画質ですが、EDレンズを使用しているだけあって、コンパクトカメラの中ではかなり良い部類に入るのではないでしょうか。マクロも強いです。
また、レンズの出っ張りがないのは非常に使いやすくスムーズで、シャッターチャンスが増えます。動作音も静かです。

絶対性能は光学手ぶれ補正搭載機には遠く及びません。
手ぶれ補正非搭載機が苦手な、フラッシュを焚くか迷われる微妙な暗所等は苦手です。
ですが、まぁ、この価格帯でこの性能なら妥当だと思います。起動が速いのは、
コンパクト機としては当然ですが、顔フォーカス等、コンパクトを買う人が使いそうな
機能がそこそこ使えるのがポイントが高いです。

晴天時の画作りは、カメラ屋らしいキレイな画です。

本体色のホワイトはパールが入っていてきれいですよ。迷わずこの色にしました。

1年半使用しました。

レンズが飛び出ないスタイリッシュなボディーです。
ポケットに入れてアウトドアで使うのに大変重宝しています。

私自身ニコンのコンデジは5台目となりますが確実に進化している感じがしています。
憧れのニッコールEDレンズと最新の手ぶれ防止機能・VRモードはカメラマニアだけでなくママちゃんカメラマンにも最高のシャッターチャンスが手に入れられると思います。

スタイルシリーズでは、同様のデザインのS52が発売されています。
画素数は7.1〜9ピクセルに上がっていますので、満足なパフォーマンスを得られると思います。

一つ注意すべき点はレンズが飛び出しているカメラに慣れている方は、画面に指が入ってしまう失敗があるかも知れません。気をつけて撮影しましょう。

大変よいカメラです♪
