画像よりも文書のスキャンをメインに考えるなら廉価版ながら充分な性能．
操作ボタンは少なく，かえってシンプルで使いやすい．
本体は薄くコンパクトで，接続もUSBケーブル1本でOK（持ち運びが楽！）．
立て置きスキャン・収納も可能．裏写り補正・綴じ部補正などの機能もある．
読取革命Liteなどのアプリケーションも付属で，基本機能は充分に満たされている．
これで￥10,000しないのですから大変評価できます．

・画質
　一般向けなので通常の文書やイラスト・写真を読み込めれば十分でしょうか。
　2400dpiは肉眼的には十分な解像度です。

・速さ、音
　プリンタとは使用頻度が違うので速さがネックにはなりません。
　解像度次第ですが、文書程度なら問題なく早いです。
　音も当然静か。

・取り扱い
　その気になれば部屋から部屋、家から職場へも持ち歩けるサイズです。
　USBバスパワーでACアダプター不要なのは機動性のポイントが高い。
　使用頻度が少ない人は使わない時は縦置きにすることも可能です。

・コストパフォーマンス
　安い！とりあえず手頃なスキャナが欲しい人にはオススメ。
　素人が必要な機能一通り以上ついて１万円でお釣りがきます。

　プロの職場まではいかなくとも家での仕事や趣味程度には十分ではないでしょうか。
　付属する機能もいろいろあるのでそれなりに使い込めます。
　入門機としても中級ユーザーとしてもこの価格と機能で文句なしです。

　以前に使っていたスキャナの動作が不安定になったので、同じメーカー・シリーズの当時最新の中で一番安かったのを買いました。
薄くて軽く、大きさも出来るだけコンパクトにまとまっていて、置き場所にも移動させるのにも困りません。
特に電源はUSBから直接取るので、非常にすっきりしています。

　スキャン速度は設定次第ではありますが、そんなに待つこともなく、グレーやプレビューはあっという間です。
付属アプリケーションの画像加工ツールも便利で、本格的でないスキャン使用なら、ハード・ソフト共に十分すぎるほどの性能です。
　難点の其の一は、本体前面のボタンでしょうか。
スキャンやメールへの画像添付を１ボタンで行える使用ですが、カバー開け閉めの際についうっかり押してしまうことが多いです。
そのたびに専用アプリが起動して、やっかいなことこの上ないですが。
もっともこれは、ボタンに対応したプログラムを削除すれば良いだけですので、それ以上の問題ではないです。
　難点の其の二は、スキャンガラスの側面に付いている目盛りがずれているということでしょうか。
もっとも上手くずらして使えば、読み込めない端っこの切れが減らせるので、使い方次第かと。

　結論としましては、値段相応のスペックながら、使用目的や精度自体を考えると、
コストパフォーマンスは結構良いと思われます。
特にスキャナを初めて使ってみようかと思われる方は、これから始めるのがお勧めです。
