誰もが一度は手にしたことがある文房具メーカー「コクヨ」から、アートとのコラボレーションノートが登場！ 「コクヨ」が日々の暮らしの中で自然にアートと触れ合える機会を作りたいと、制作したのがこの「An(エイ・エヌ)」ノートシリーズ。 ノートのもう一つのかたちとして、新進気鋭のアーティストを起用し、今までにない新しい発想で自由に製作。 「アート」と「プロダクト」が融合した斬新なデザインとなっています。 こちらは大日本タイポ組合(だいにっぽんたいぽくみあい)によるノート。 大日本タイポ組合は塚田哲也と秀親によって 結成され、日本語やアルファベットの文字を解体し、 組合せ、再構築し新しい文字の概念を探っている、 実験的タイポグラフィ集団。 彼らが作り出したノートが、この「ノーーーーーーーーーート」です。 昔からなじみの深いコクヨノートに彼ら発案のフォントを 使用してデザインされ、懐かしさと新しさを併せ持った 遊び心満載の楽しいノートです。 パッと見、「ただのノートかな」と思うのですが、 よく見るとそれぞれのノートに面白い仕掛けが！ なんとノートの罫線が全部文字となっており、 一つ一つの文字が繋がって罫線の役目を果たしているんですね。 例えば、作文用紙のマス目が「作」という漢字の連続で作られていたり、 英語の勉強をするときに使用するノートの罫が、すべて「英」という文字で作られていたりと ユニークで魅力的なノートとなっています。

アート作品としての色が濃いこの商品ですが、思ったよりかなり実用的に設計されていてさすがコクヨだなといった感じです。
どのノートも芸が細かく、五線譜ノートに関しては丁装や内容に感銘を受けました(どう凄いのかは実際に購入していただければご理解いただけると思います。)

ただ一冊あたりのページ数が少ないですね。
普通の大学ノートが大抵30枚つづりなのに対し、こちらの大学ノートは20枚つづりなので日用品としては少々物足りなさを感じました。
