テレビアニメ「BlackBloodBrothers」 OPです。

かこいいです。
今までは優しい雰囲気の曲を多く出されていた直兄。
この曲は直兄の新たなる新境地を開いてくれると信じています。

本当にかっこいいです！

まるで映画のワンシーンを感じさせる前奏。静寂を打ち破り流れるボーカルは、物語(曲)の幕開けを感じさせます。
ハード・ロックのサウンドに、重なり合うボーカルが、凄く魅力的です。
『月の虹』ですが、優しく語り掛けるボーカルの後ろで、時折流れるSAXのメロディーが、曲全体にアクセントを加えています。
ボーカル、サウンドがうまく溶け合い、とても心地よい曲に仕上がっています。
どちらの曲も、高橋さんの新しい音楽が感じられます☆

アニメのOPテーマらしく、アップテンポでノリのいい楽曲です。
一度聴いたら耳に残る、良い意味でとても印象的の強い作品だと思います。
朝、これを聞きながら家を出ると、何故か戦いに挑むような気持ちになります。

直純さんの歌詞と歌声が曲調と絶妙にマッチしています。
楽曲提供をしていらっしゃる新井理生さんはアレンジャーとして結構有名な方ですが、キレがあって格好いい、最近の若い子の好きな感じのサウンドで仕上がっています。
ただ、サビ部分のメロディに少々引っかかりを覚えたので星４つにさせて頂きました。
（恐らくミックスの問題なので、評価に関係はないのですが…）

カップリング曲の『月の虹』は、作曲も直純さんの為、「直純さんらしい曲」だと思いました。
合間に入る音色が引き立っていて、とても良いです。
