いつも家の冷蔵庫に入っていて毎日コップ１杯飲んでいます。
このシリーズは赤野菜、紫の野菜など種類が豊富ですがこちらが一番すき。
果物の甘みも入っているので苦味もなく飲みやすいし
なんといっても手軽に野菜を摂取できるのがうれしい。

普段の食生活の中でできるだけ野菜を摂るように心がけていますが
つい外食やインスタント食品になってしまった時などにも重宝します。
もちろん生の野菜からしか摂取できない成分もあるのですが
「とりあえず野菜を摂った」という安心感が得られますし
２１種類の野菜＋３種類んもフルーツ入りで食塩・砂糖・着色料
保存料など無添加なので清涼飲料水などを飲むより身体にも優しいです。

野菜生活シリーズは全体的に飲みやすいです。
「紫の野菜」は見た目がインパクトのある紫色ですが
味は野菜というよりフルーツの味が強く飲みすいです。
ぶどうの甘さとベリー系の酸味を少し感じます。
この鮮やかな紫色は紫にんじん、紫いも、赤じそ、
紫キャベツ由来のアントシアニンによるものだそうですが
アントシアニンは活性酸素を消去してくれる働きがあり
目にもいいのでＰＣをよく使う方にもいいですね。
ノーマルな「野菜生活」が定番ですがこちらも好きです。

一本当たり２５０円。近所のスーパーだと１８０円（特売）から２００円。
家まで運んでくれることを考えるとお得かもしれないけど、値段高すぎ。
商品自体はおいしい。毎日リンゴ酢と混ぜて飲んでいると、ここ１年間体調を崩さなくなりました。
