タクシー運転手となって、ひたすら客を目的地まで運ぶゲームです。
simple2000シリーズで出ている前作を買って面白かったので、発売日に買いました。
一言で言えば、前作よりグラフィック、町の広さ、前作で多少評判が悪かった部分が解消されて、完成度の高い作品になっています。
例えば、前作ではノルマ未達成だと、即日クビ（ゲームオーバー）になってしまい、初めの頃は楽しむ余裕がなかったのですが、本作品では1週間に1回まではノルマ未達成でも説教されるだけ、となっています。
また、売り上げを伸ばすにつれて、タクシーが改造されるのですが、前作では所長が勝手に改造する形を取っていました。
しかし、本作では、パーツを売上金から購入し、装備したり、装備をはずしたりすることが出来ます。
前作より町が複雑になっていて、お客の目的地も多数ありますが、タクシーの上に方向を占める矢印があり、その精度が前作より高くなっています。町の（道や駅の）構造さえ覚えてしまえば、一つ一つの建物名を覚えなくても、何とか時間内に到着できるかと思います。
後、新たな要素としては、シナリオミッション、天候の導入、高速道路、踏み切り、客がしゃべる、売り上げの詳細な分析データの表示などでしょうか。こういった交通の要素が増えたので、より乗り物ファンには嬉しい仕様となっています。
ただ、高速道路は自分で運転できない（ただのワープと化している）のが残念でした。高速を爆走できると思っていたので…
総合的には前作をやった人も、やってない人もお勧めの作品です。

タクシー1に続き購入しましたが買って正解でした!前作よりも複雑な街並みで道を覚えるのが大変ですがナビもあるのでやりごたえはあると思います 評判が良くなれば無線で客受けも出来ますタクシーもカスタマイズしてガンガン稼ぎましょう!シンプルシリーズあなどれません(-.-;)y-~~~

これはものすごくおすすめします。私は、1も持ってるのですが、断然こっちの方がリアルです。しかも、操作も簡単で初心者でもすぐにできます。また、タクシーのカスタマイズもできるので自分だけのタクシーができます。お値段は、2100円なのでぜひぜひおすすめします。
