アームパッドは、30°（内20°、外10°）の角度調整機能付き。コンピューター操作時など肘をやさしくサポートロッキングの強弱を調整するダイヤル。体型や好みに合わせて簡単に調整できる

使い始めて約1年、大変気に入っています。家で仕事をするのが楽しくなるくらい、座っていて快適です。
買った当初、口の悪い友人から「なんちゃってアーロンチェアだね」と言われましたが、
私はアーロンチェアとも比較した上でこちらを選びました。
もちろん、アーロンチェアにも座ったことがありますし、あれはあれで素晴らしいチェアだと思います。
コンテッサを買う決めてになったのは、ヘッドレストの有無。
長時間の作業で疲れたときに、背もたれを倒し、そのまま休めるのはなんともうれしい。
そのまま本当に眠ってしまったことも何度かあるくらいで。(^^ゞ

その他のメリット、デメリットはほかの方が書かれているのにほぼ同意します。
メッシュなので衣服の埃や繊維がつきやすい点については、
椅子専用の粘着シートローラーを用意し、気になるとコロコロころがしてます。
それで十分、きれいになります。
色が黒なので、白い糸くずなどが目立つのですが、ローラーは手軽だし、お勧めですよ。

２年ほど前に購入しました。
私自身は椎間板ヘルニア持ちで、いろいろな椅子を試してみましたが、
なかなかしっくりとくる椅子には巡り会えませんでしたが、
思い切ってこのコンテッサを買い、それ以降は腰痛も激減しました。
利点は
・重量感（これはビジネス用椅子にとっては重要）
・身体に合わせて様々な部分が調整できる。
・座面等がメッシュでべとつかない。
逆に欠点は、
・大きい
・値段が高い
だと思います。
ただ、大きいのは機能の裏返しですし、値段も相応と思います。
あと、オプションのヘッドレストをつけましたが、
これは、ちょっと疲れた時などにあると、頭の休憩（そのまんまですけど）が
できます。

自宅でコンテッサを使用して３年経ちましたが、ガタつき、背座面へたり、その他不具合など全くなく快適な座り心地を維持してます。
欠点は唯一、ヘッドレストの樹脂製支柱（アルミフレームについている支え部分）の可動部が硬く、前後や上下調整がやりにくい事です。座面やアームレストの高さは一度決まれば、あまり変える事はありませんが、ヘッドレストは、ちょい寝若しくはＴＶ鑑賞時などのリラックスタイムに意外と使う事が多く、最適ポジションの角度調整に結構苦労します。

椅子選びについて、自分は購入するにあたり、約半年間ほど方々の家具店に出向いてありとあらゆる国内外メーカーの椅子に座りまくり、座り心地や機能等を比較検証しました。結果としてこの椅子に辿り着きましたが、決して安い買物ではない故妥協はせず、長く使う事を鑑みて自分に一番合った椅子を選ぶべきと考えます。
