漫画では主人公を村上君というキャラの視点で描かれていますが
映画版ではヒロインの水野遥視点、とのことでそれはいいのですが
漫画では村上君の心理や行動が面白かったのに映画ではそれは
一切なしで原作を知っている人間としては物足りない。
また漫画ならではの台詞回しや表現や表情が物語を盛り上げていたのに実際の
役者さんがやると（熱演はされているのですが）寒い。面白くない。
漫画と切り離して映画だけの視点で見てみるとストーリーの流れも
原作のダイジェストのようで決して面白いとはいえず映画の撮り方、
演出も上手とはいえない。すべて中途半端。
ラストで原作者（監督）じきじきに登場しヒロインと語り合うシーンは
「あっと驚く」よりも苦笑してしまいました。自分が出たかったのか！？
漫画原作者自らメガホンを取ったとありますが餅は餅屋なのか・・・と思わずには
いられなかった。（聞いた話では原作者の本業の漫画のほうがおろそかに
なっているそうで餅屋が餅の手を抜いてどうする）

原作を知っている自分と知らない友人と見ました。
原作を知ってる自分には物足りなく原作を知らない友人は
「ところどころ原作を読んでること前提じゃないとついていけない」と
いっていました。三津谷葉子は裸になってはいますがバストトップは
しっかり隠しています。ほかの女優さんは脱いでるのにグラビアアイドル
だから特別待遇？ラストあたりで監督と三津谷葉子が語り合うシーンは
本当は原作者が出たくて仕方なかったんじゃ？となんともいえませんでした。
友人に「面白かった？」と聞いたら「つまんなかった」と即答。
自分も原作知っていても映画としてみたら正直面白くなかったです。
しかし何で今頃実写化？

どんな物でもひとつは見るべき物が有ると信じていましたが、これは例外で私には駄目でした。
もう、あのラストでマイナス☆です。三津谷葉子がバストトップを見せないのも頷ける出来ですね。
