UKの3人組。

ピアノ・ドラム・ヴォーカルのギターレスながら、
ヴオーカルのトムの繊細で力強い歌と
ピアノ・ドラムスとのアンサンブルが絶妙で
リリカルかつダイナミックなサウンドを
作っている。

ベン・フォールズ・ファイブとは
方向性は全く違うが、
ピアノの効果的な使い方という点では

共通するものがある。

極めて英国的で美しい、叙情派ロック。
トムのヴォーカルは一聴の価値あり。

どの曲も非常に心地よく、心に安らぎを与えてくれる
ような美しい曲の数々です。「癒し」の音楽と言って
もいいかもしれません。
とにかくこの価格ならどなたが買っても、絶対に損は
しないので、洋楽を普段聞かない方にもオススメでき
るアルバムです。

ベンフォールズファイヴの登場以来、ギターレストリオが注目されるようになりましたが、
やっと出てきました。インパクト勝負でなはない、本当に良い曲の書けるバンドが。
まずは好きになった曲を何度でも繰り返し聴いてみて下さい。
いつの間にか頭から離れなくなる曲が、二つ、三つと増えていきます。

久しぶりですよ。思わずエアーギターならぬエアーピアノをやってしまったバンドは。
星が-１なのは、もう少し曲を構成する要素としての音楽的な幅の広さがほしかったから。
