少し自分の体が気になりだして、ブートキャンプを始めました。
思ったより効果が出だしたため、これを購入して具体的に知ることにしました。

・体重
・体脂肪
・内蔵脂肪レベル
・筋肉量
・骨量
・体内年齢

などが表示されます。データは４人まで登録できるので家族がいても大丈夫です。
また、それぞれの値が標準なのかというインジケータも表示されるのでわかりやすいです。

これを手に入れてから、さらに体のことに気をつけるようになり、毎日のっています。
食べ過ぎたりするとけっこうしっかり数字にでたりするので食事にも気をつけるようにもなりました(^^ゞ

この商品の発注元である女房によると、もっと年齢毎の標準数値（内臓脂肪等々）がわかりやすく表示して欲しいとのことである。
自分は、この体重計をもっとも必要としている体型であるが（笑）。
体重、身長等を入力し計測した後、「あなたの体脂肪年齢は何歳ですよ？」と教えてくれる。結構な加齢で出たので（爆）、ショックを受けたのですが。
個人的には、まずまずいいしこちらで買うと、量販店家電小売よりは安く買えることは、特筆すべきだろう。

ブートキャンプを始めるようになり、見た目の変化だけでなく、数値で結果を見てみたくなり、体脂肪計を探していて見つけました。

体組成計という言葉は、耳慣れない感じだったのですが、体脂肪計よりも細かいデータが見れるようなので購入しました。

体脂肪計より、ちょっと高めですが、基礎代謝がどうなのか？体の中の筋肉量などが分かるというところに、面白さを感じました。
基礎代謝からカラダの年齢が分かるところも面白い。

ブートキャンプを始める前の状態は分かりませんが、今では実年齢よりも-6歳だったので、ちょっと嬉しかったり。
ただ、脂肪燃焼がし易い体ではなく、標準体型であるということで、もっと頑張らねば！という気持ちにさせてくれるのも嬉しい機能。

ただ、一日に必要なカルシウム量は、基本的に年齢から必要摂取量が決まっていて摂らなさ過ぎても摂りすぎてもいけない要素のひとつ。
体組成計に表示されてもあんまり意味のない数値だと思ったので、★４つということに。

お風呂の近くにおいて毎日朝晩計測するのが日課になりました。
