このThe Summer Obsessionと出会ったのはあるサイトでだ。初めてこのバンドの写真を見た時衝撃が走った。なんと昨年6月あたりにグッド・シャーロットを脱退したクリス・ウィルソンが写っていたのだ。たったそれだけの理由でこのCDを買った。はっきり言って度肝をぬかれた(笑)最高だ!絶妙なメロディにボーカルのLucien Walkerの切ない声が絡み合いリスナーをThe Summer Obsessionワールドへといざなってくれる。特に8曲目の「DO YOU REMEMBER」はこの夏のアンセム的曲だ。グッド・シャーロット、シンプル・プランなんかが好きな人にオススメ。いや、すべての洋楽ファンにオススメ!絶対買いの1枚。

ＣＤショップに足を運んで目当てのものもなく歩いて何気なく視聴したら最初の曲から独創的で思わず「これだ！」と思って買いました。
視聴した時は、最初から自然と曲の中に入れる感覚がありました。
でも買って車の中で聞いたら、思ってたよりも音が硬く感じました。
多分、ヘッドフォンの性能が良かったから曲に入りやすかったのだと思います。

でも１３曲入ってる中に、ノリの良い曲やロック系、バラードもどき系など、曲の種類も豊富でした。
１曲１曲に聴き応えがあります！！
ハモリも綺麗でヴォーカルが２人いるので曲の幅も広いと思います。
とにかく私にとって、上位に入るＣＤですｖｖ

思ったより何か物足りない。。 このジャンルのパンクは最近やたら多いせいか。

まあ普通。 可も無く不可も無くです。
