   いつかどこかの戦乱の世、開いたらこの世が破滅するといわれる棺を百年にわたって東願寺は護り続けてきたが、やがて西の禁断の森で棺を開くとどんな願いも叶うという噂が立ち、グレイブ（坂口拓）が棺を奪い去ってしまった。寺は僧侶リュウエン（須賀貴匡）に棺の奪還を命じ、また拳銃使いのシド（剣太郎セガール）や謎の女剣士ユーリ（竹内ゆう紀）も棺の追跡に加わるが…。
   『VERSUS』のアクション監督・下村勇二と主演・坂口拓によるハード・アクション映画。パンク感覚のダーク・ファンタジーのテイストにソード・アクションをふんだんに盛り込んだ作りで、その世界観にもっとオリジナリティがあればと悔やまれるところはあるが、若手スタッフ・キャストが一丸となってエンタテインメントを構築すべく腐心しているのが画面から見て取れて好感が持てる。キャストでは剣太郎セガールが、その独特の風貌を活かし、未来の大器を予感させるものがあった。（増當竜也）

マジで殴ってるだけあって迫力満点!センスも良い!
下の人が言うように早回し無しでよーやるわ。
死霊軍団とのバトルが特に良かった!…が、クライマックスのラスボスとのバトルがテンション低いうえに迫力がイマイチで何が何やら…マジ当てバトルはいったい何処に?って感じで不満が残る。見せ方が悪い。
あとキャラの名前がスタッフロールが流れ初めてよーやく分かるってのはいかがかと(汗)
主人公でさえ名前が本編中に出てこなかった…。てか会話が物足りない。
世界観の広さも感じにくいし、村とかのシチェーションがあっても良かったのでは?低予算作品だから仕方無し?
まぁとにかく続編(あるよね?)に期待。

ファイトシーンは確かに凄い。
剣術、ガン、カポエラ、柔術、ボクシング。。

特に坂口拓演じる主人公のボクシングスタイルには相当しびれた。
早回し無しであそこまで・・驚愕です。
坂口拓さんはピークのうちにアクション映画にガンガン出て欲しいもんです。

ただ、ストーリーがヌルイのとラストバトルのテンションが低いのがいまいち。
剣太郎セガールさんはいい味出てました。なのに使い方がもったいない・・

『VERSUS』程の衝撃は無かったかな・・予算はこっちの方が多そうだけど、アドレナリンがあまり出なかった。

「DIR EN GREY」の曲が作中で使用されてるとのことで購入しましたが、
かなり引き込まれました！(DIRの曲に非常にマッチ！)
賛否が分かれてるのは予想通りですが、「あのラスト」が最高！
「あのラスト」が斬新で良かったんです。
「地獄甲子園」はイマイチでしたが大きく進歩しましたね！
