モンハンポータブル１から始めたならデータ継承が出来るので（完全に継承できるわけではないですが）１→２nd→２ndG（以後Ｇ）の王道で買っていった方がいいです。折角鍛えたデータを破棄するのも勿体ないですし、時間をかけて楽しめます
ただ、１をプレイしてないなら、先に１からプレイ、もしくはＧからいきなり始めた方がいいかもです（ただし、Ｇから始めるならアクション系に自信ありという人でないと間違いなく匙を投げます）
というのも、Ｇは２ndの内容に＋αされてるものなので２ndからいきなり始めるメリットがあまりないという点から
２ndからプレイするメリットといえば、中古がかなり安く手に入るという点位でしょうか
地道に鍛えるか、流行を今から追うか。あくまで参照までに

このゲームのためにPSPを購入しました。MH初めてです。
このゲームは好きな人はメチャクチャハマるんでしょうが
そうでないひとはすぐに嫌になりますね。
まずこの操作感。スピードあふれるズバズバ切り進む系の爽快アクション
ではないですコレ。
巨大なモンスターの攻撃をよけつつ
スキをついて重い武器の一撃をズバっって感じの
重量感のある戦いです。モンスター一体一体に戦略を練って
やっとの思いで狩ったときの達成感がなんともいえません。
しかし、このズシズシあるく遅い行動が駄目な人はアクション
もやり辛いことでしょう。
買う前に一回試しにやってみるといいと思います。
好みがわかれますね。
僕は気に入りましたけど。

初心者訓練(チュートリアル)を3時間みっちりやって大まかな操作方法
を覚えれば、かなり面白いゲームのように思えます。
クエを受けたり自給自足で生活をしたり、ある意味シムピープルの更にリ
アル版?な感じです。

でも、やはりと言うかさすがと言うか、CAPCOMさんのゲームです。

狩りの時に要求される選択ボタンの数々は、思考とは裏腹に指がついて行
かないことがしばしあり、DMCの悪夢が脳裏をよぎります。

CAPCOMさんのゲームやアクションゲームでパニくる人にはもしかしたら向
かないかも知れません。

かく言う自分も今は楽しいですが後半の狩りをクリアできないのではという
不安がどこかにあります。

人気があっても自分に向いているかどうか、一度考えられてみるのも良い
かと思います。
