私は前作のネオもやっていたのですが、はっきり言ってネオをやっていた人にはオススメできません。理由は敵キャラとマップです。ストーリーがネオの数年後の話とかネオのサイドストーリーなどならまだわかりますが、全く違う世界の話なのに似たようなマップが随所にあり、敵キャラがボス以外はなんにも変わってないなんてありえません。正直言って失望させられました。
ですがキャラクター、ストーリー、戦闘システムはよく出来上がっており、なんとか途中で売らずにクリアできたのはそれらの要素の賜物です。ネオを未体験の方には私の10倍以上はかるく楽しめる作品であることは間違いありません。

ということでネオをやっている人から見て☆1、やっていない人の考えで☆5という評価で、平均して☆3をつけさせてもらいます。長文失礼しました(__)

ストーリーもゲームの内容も面白かったです、やりこみ方によって同じボスと戦う装備も全然
変わってくる、やりこみ用のエリアというものがあるのですがそれをクリアすれば当然
装備も強くできます。別にやらなくても進めるんだけどそういう要素が用意されていると
クリアしてやろうという気になりますよね。
仲間も本来ならレベル的に後半に仲間になるはずのキャラも倒せさえすれば前半で
仲間にすることも可能な部分もあることが評価が高かったです。
ただやりこみエリアはストーリーがあるわけではないので単調なのです、
なにか飽きさせない要素が欲しかった。
このゲームはなにか懐かしさを感じます、今のゲームにはない昔のゲーム独特の雰囲気が
ある、そういう部分も評価できます。

シャイニングシリーズは「イクサ」で初めて購入したんですが、戦闘と育成がすごく楽しく
久々に徹夜でプレーしてしまいました。もともとイクサのキャラクターが魅力的で購入を
決めたのですが、ゲームがこんなに面白いとは正直思っていませんでした。
ストーリーよりもゲームをしっかり楽しみたいという方にお薦めかもしれません。
