ヨガをしたことのない私でも、２歳の子供と一緒に楽しめました。子供が見たがるので、自然と毎日ヨガをしています。一人では続かなくても子供にせがまれて続いているという感じです。また、きよこお姉さんと小さい子供がヨガのお手本となっているので、子供には、なおさら身近に感じるのかもしれません。

子供が１〜２歳の頃、大人用エクササイズＤＶＤで私だけ体操していると、つまらなくて邪魔され、結局何もできなくなってしまうので、子供が楽しめつつ、わたしも運動できるものを探して購入しました。
簡単で初心者向き、体を動かすことが目的の方には、ちょっと物足りないと思います。うちの息子は何回かは良かったですが、すぐに飽きてしまい・・結局つづけられませんでした。
親の運動というより、親子で少しヨガに触れる入門として良いと思いました。

娘が1歳半くらいの頃に買いました。
最初のころは一緒にやるというより私が1人でやって、娘が
「お母ちゃん何やってるの？」という感じで私にへばりついたり、
横でごろごろしたりするだけでしたが、
三歳になった今では娘の方が見たがり、夜一緒にやってます。

特に動物のポーズがお気に入りで覚えていて布団に入ってからも
「ゴキブリのポーズしてるの〜」とやっています。
DVD中のお兄ちゃんお姉ちゃんたちが一生懸命やっているのを見るのも
やってみようというきっかけになったと思います。

これで痩せる、引き締まるといった即効性はなかったですが
親が運動をしている姿を見せる、というのが大事だなと思いました。
寝る前の親子のコミュニケーションにも役立ってます。
