最後の最後にもやってくれました、La'cryma Christi！
前作はいかにも、といった感じのハードロック満載だったが
今回は根底にハードロックを置きつつもさらに音楽性が広がった。
曲も80年代ハードロックを思わせるようなもの、和むようなゆったりした曲、
LAメタルを強く意識した曲などバラエティに富んでいる。
メロディに関しては前作よりもさらに練られており、絶品と言わざるを得ない。
先行シングルの2曲の素晴らしさは言うまでもないし、最近のラクリマらしい、
疾走感に満ちた曲も多数収録されている。
何より前述の通りAメロ、Bメロ、サビ、全てにおけるメロディが非常に良い。

残念ながら解散してしまうラクリマだがこのアルバムは最高傑作と呼んでもいいのではないだろうか。

こんなにかっこいいアルバムを最後に解散だなんて… 残念すぎる。

曲自体もラクリマ流のハードロック全開でクオリティが高いし、アレンジも面白い。メンバーの演奏力を上手くアンサンブルに取り入れてますね。
やはりTAKAのヴォーカルの弱さはありますが、そこまで気にはなりません。
本物のテクニカルバンドと呼んでもいいぐらいのバンドだったのに…。

SIAM SHADEがいなくなってから、彼らにはかなり期待していた。くだらないオリジナリティのかけらもない音楽が過大評価されている今の音楽シーンを変えてくれるバンドだと思ったのに…。
本当に解散が残念だ。

このアルバムは何年経っても聴き続けられるアルバム。
とりあえず、La’cryma Christi、今までありがとう。

全曲通してハードロック色強い曲が並ぶがそこらのハードロックバンドの曲とは違いこれぞラクリマと言うラクリマ流ハードロックと言う様な独特曲になっていて大満足。
