CDショップにヒーリングコーナーがあり、そこの試聴でソッコー購入を決意。15枚全部聴いてこれが一番好きでした。虫の声、水の音、どれも心地よい分量で音楽と上手く融合しています。不快な音、耳障りな音は何一つありません。様々な「夜」を感じますね私は。
眠りにつく前に毎日聴いています。娘もとても気に入り、読書する時これを聴くと落ち着くと言っています。
私にとっては絶対に手放せない一枚ですが意外と評価が低く驚きました。
癒しに求めるものは千差万別なので、試聴がオススメです。

こういうＣＤって、癒しブームに乗っかったものが多いので、滅多に手を出さないのですが、これは寄せ集めのコンピでもない上、曲の出来がかなりいいです。作曲／アレンジをされたシンジ・キノシタさんという方は存じませんが、ぼんやりとしたアンビエントではなく、きちんとメロディを持った楽曲でもって、リラックス効果を狙っているところに好感が持てます。鳥の声や水の音や虫の声などが使用されていますが、そこをメインとするのではなく、メロディにうまく滲み込ませているところなど、かなり巧みです。そういう意味で、眠るための音楽だとしたら、メロディを耳で追ってしまうため、少し不向きかもしれません。しかし、リラックスするための音としては、かなり良いのではないでしょうか。

同じ旋律の繰り返しである３曲目が非常に聴き苦しく、せっかくのSPAというコンセプトを台無しにしています。この3曲目がなければ星５つで評価したかったのですが、残念です。
