まず目を引くのがブラウン系の濃いスミイレ。
陸戦モビルスーツ的な印象で、胸の下から腹にかけての
デザインアレンジも含め、好みがわかれそうです。
そこさえ気にならなければ、本体への不満はほとんどありません。
肩関節の自由度が高いために逆に位置決めをしにくいぐらいで、
下半身の関節の保持力などは同シリーズでもトップクラスです。
ただ……フィンファンネルはあまりにもお粗末。
本体側の接合部が硬質樹脂化されたので、旧ＭＩＡのように
ファンネルの重量に負けてネジレていくことはなさそうですが、
ファンネル自体は可動部が非常にゆるく、
閉じた状態もしっかり決まらずにヨレてしまいがち。
本体が好印象なだけに、その辺のアラがとても目立ってしまいます。

あまりにユルユルなのでフィンファンネルを固定しました。この緩さ加減はヒドすぎるかも…ま、展開状態で飾るつもりはサラサラないからいいんだけど…あと、スミ入れが何で茶色なのか理解不能。それ以外は特に不満はありません。

全体のプロポーションは以前の「MIA!!」のものより「GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION νガンダム＋HWS」の素体に近く小顔で良好です。
「設定にあるギミックを可能な限り再現した」という言葉どおり、前作「MIA!!」にもあった左腕のビームサーベル収納やフィンファンネルの変形は当然のこと、つま先とカカトにある固定用フックの可動までも再現されているのがいいですね。
もちろん可動箇所・範囲は申し分なく、劇中のポージングはほぼ再現可能です。二重関節になっている足首と「EXTENDED MIA!!」ではもはや定番となりつつある「回転軸が設けられた大腿部」のおかげで「カトキ立ち」が可能です。背部に「ニューハイパーバズーカ」と「フィンファンネル」をマウントしてもしっかりと安定させることが出来ますのでよっぽど強い振動や衝撃が無い限りは倒れてしまうことはありません。
この「EXTENDED MS IN ACTION!! νガンダム」確かに価格設定が高めではありますが、ここまでの可動とギミックを盛り込んでいるので妥当な価格だと思います。

商品によって差があるようなので一概に全ての商品がそうとは言い切れない部分ですが…
腹部の二重関節のせいか倒れるまでには至らなくてもフィンファンネルが装備されている左半身に少し傾きがちなので、ここのジョイントはもう少し固めだったらよかったと思います。
それとやはり塗装の仕上げがよくないものもあります。特にスミイレがグレー系統ではなく茶色系統で施されている（…何故この色なんでしょうか？）せいか、モールドからはみ出しているとかなり目立ちます。
しかしこの二点のうち、腹部ジョイントの具合は商品によってはそうでもないものがあると思いますし、塗装の仕上がりは店頭で商品を確認すればクリアできますので、☆５つという評価にさせていただきました。
