有頂天のメジャーデビュー２０周年記念のトリビュート盤…のようなアルバムです。
プロデュースは元Key.の三浦、しかもケラ＆ザ・シンセサイザーズまで参加しているため、純粋なトリビュートとはいえないような、不思議な存在といえます。

その他の参加は、水戸華之介、GALLOW、ロリータ18号、ザ・ガールハント、FARMSTAY、FLOPPY、航空電子、COQUETTISH、Kovacs、HONDALADY、MOTOCOMPO、SUNDAY HILL feat.森若香織、大槻ケンヂ。
うまく消化されている曲、消化不良を起こしちゃってる曲と様々ですが、何曲かは確実に聴いて良かったと思わせてくれるはずです。

好きなものは好きということで、甘いと思うけどこの評価です。
有頂天はベスト版が無かったので、カバー（というかトリビュートって言ったほうがよくないか？）でもうれしいというのが正直なところ。
ただ、アレンジについては異論もあるでしょうし、突っ込みどころが無くもないのですけど、その辺にはあえて目をつぶってしまいました。
オリジナルのイメージを大切にしている人は、星３つくらいに受け止めてほしい。
でも、おーけんの曲は本当に必聴ですよ。
