前作でも大好評を得た、一人コントで演じる三人の「団員」の私生活に迫ったヒューマンドキュメンタリー作品。「この世は舞台である」と説いた劇作家ウィリアム・シェイクスピアの言葉通り、大都会東京で人生という名の舞台を演じる三人の男たちのお話し。これを喜劇と観るか、悲劇と観るか、それは観客席で貴方が決めること。特典映像には、2年ぶりに行われた「劇団ひとり単独ライブVol.4」('06年3月SOMIDO HALL)から5話(仏壇男/レベッカ、大はしゃぎ/お前を死なさない/満田の忘れ物/姨捨山)と、テレビスポットを収録。初の短編小説集「陰日向に咲く」からさらに昇華した独特の世界は、真面目でしたたかな「屈折の笑い」を堪能できる素晴らしい作品となっている。

友達に借りて見た後、自分でも持っていたくなって買ってしまいました。
劇団ひとりの熱意を感じる作品です。

一発芸の笑いが好きな人にはちょっと退屈かもしれませんが、じわじわと面白いドラマ？です。

お笑いのＤＶＤは安っぽいつくり（カメラワークとかも雑で下手）のが多いので、めったに買いませんが、
この作品はちゃんと作っている点にも感心しました。
買う価値ありだと思います。

今回のドキュメンタリーはナポレオンと違って3本それぞれにストーリーらしきものがあり、オチがある。チューレンの話はベタだが通してみれば純愛ストーリーであり、一生懸命なところにほろっとさせられた。満田も自分なりの理由で必死になって雪山を登る。ラストでちょっと小さい感動がある。
ただドキュメンタリーの時間が長くて冗長な感じは否めない。
ネタは5本しかなくて残念だったが、さすが劇団ひとりと唸らされる出来栄え。「陰日向に咲く」以来、劇団ひとりのストリーテラーとしての才能に注目している。

コントは前回より少なかったけどドキュメンタリーはすごくよかった
なんか劇団ひとりのお笑いは切なく面白い。
見た後元気になる。
