機動戦士ガンダムSEED C.E.73 STARGAZERの主題歌です。
ストーリー配信に先立つプロモーション映像のバックに流れていたのを耳にしたのが最初ですが，その澄んだ歌声と美しくも切ない曲調にすっかり魅了されてしまいました。そして，先ごろ配信された実際のストーリーにおいても，エンドロールに流れるかたちで，ＳＥＥＤ本編とは異なる印象の暗く重厚な世界観を引き立てているように感じました。
STARGAZERは１１月のＤＶＤ発売まで見ないという方にも，是非，無料配信のプロモーション映像でこの曲は予めチェックしておいていただきたい。それほど素晴らしい楽曲です。

「機動戦士ガンダムSEED C.E.73−STARGAZER」のテーマソング。
歌うのは、この楽曲が記念すべきデビュー曲となる根岸さとりさんです。彼女は叙情的で切ない歌声が魅力で、今後の活動にも期待ができる歌手です。
ちなみに彼女は、1982年6月19日生まれの仙台出身。A型。
小学生時代、吹奏楽部でSaxを始め、それが音楽の道に進む原点となる。高校卒業後は作詞・作曲を始め、地元仙台のカフェで弾き語りを始める。
影響を受けたアーティストはGreat３で、ビクターに送った一本のデモテープがきっかけで、人気シリーズの最新作「機動戦士ガンダムSEED C.E.73−STARGAZER」のタイアップを射止る。
今回の『STARGAZER 〜星の扉』ではC/Wともに作詞も担当。
このガンダムSEEDシリーズでデビュー＆大ヒットを記録した歌手が多数いるので、おそらく彼女もその仲間入りを果たせるのではないかと思います。
ぜひ皆さんもチェックしてみてください。
