いやこのアルバムは最高です。デスメタルであって、デスメタルではない。スレーヤノような疾走感、ギターのリフはかっこよく、耳に残る。手数の多いドラムは、テクニカルで聴いていて心地よい。オーケストラの使用がよい味付けになっている。
音楽性は、やや悪魔的な雰囲気をかもし出しているところがまたよい。はっきり言って最近のスレーヤーよりもよいかもしれません。
日本版はそのスレーヤーのカバーを一曲追加収録されている。スラシュメタル、デスメタルの好きな人は聞いてみるといいかも、きっと気に入ると思います。

彼らのアルバムを聴くのは、実は「ＬＩＴＡＮＹ」以来なので、ＶＡＤＥＲファンの
方々には怒られそうですが（ＤＯＣ、亡くなっていたのですね・・・合掌）、
ドラムが替ってももの凄いドラムに圧倒される作品は相変わらずですね。

しかも、今回思ったのは、ドラムに圧倒されるだけ圧倒されたおす「ＬＩＴＡＮＹ」
よりも、全体の音とのバランスがとれた作品ではないかと。歌も聞こえるし、ギターも
聞こえる（笑）。しかも曲１つ１つはよくできたカッコイイスラッシュメタルサウンド
だし、最近リリースされたＳＬＡＹＥＲの新譜ともひけをとらない傑作だと思います。

単なるスピードで押すだけではなく、迫力満点のドラムにのった怒涛のメタルサウンド
で聴き手の心臓をわしづかみにする作品です。ムチャクチャかっこいいので、是非、
聴いてみてください。

とにかく、タイトルで述べたとおりの印象を受けた作品。スラッシーなザクザクと刻まれるギターリフと、激しく鳴り響くドラムスが非常に荒々しく迫ってくる。ただ、その中でも、押す部分と引く部分がしっかりと作られており、全体的な構成を美しくしている。
ギターソロは、曲によって色々なアプローチを試みており、中には割とおとなしめのものもあるものの、俺としては彼らの奏でる重厚なリフだけでもお腹いっぱい。
全体的にテンポのいい曲が多いので、途中でだれなかったことも個人的に評価対象。
メタル好きの方は聴いておいて損はない作品だと思う。
