初めて手にしたとき、室内では「ガラスがついていない？」と思うほど
風防が綺麗で反射が少なく、驚きました。
一見オーソドックスなデザインですが、動きで順番にインデックスが
きらめくので、黒にしては意外と派手でカタログより実物の方が良いです。
立体感のある文字盤が綺麗なので、できれば Eco-DriveだのRadio controlled
だのという文字を入れるのを止めて欲しいものです。安っぽくなるだけかと。

文字盤と風貌の距離があるため、本体は意外と薄く感じられます。
エクシードでも厚さ7mmのモデルは3気圧防水で文字盤からの風防までの空間が狭く、
その分インデックスはプリントが多いなど、よりシンプル。
厚さ9mmのモデルは、10気圧防水でムーブメントの厚みがほぼ同じで文字盤上の
空間があり、インデックスの作りが凝っているので美しさで勝る気がします。
どちらを取るかは趣味の問題でしょう。

個人的にインデックスは小さめ、控え目が好みなのですが、バランスは良いし、
針の形が気に入ったのと視認性の良さ、防水性を取って9mmのこのモデルにしました。
長く愛用できそうです。

甲信越の田舎の平野部だからか電波の受信感度は良く、一度も失敗していません。
ベルトの柔らかいフィット感も良く、バックルはエクシードに共通のもの。
アテッサのフィットアジャスターに実用性で負けますが、小さくてよりスマートです。
