3.0 out of 5 stars 素晴らしいアニメ, 2006/9/9
ＴＶ版を毎回見ていますが、初めてＤＶＤを買い揃えてみようと思った良質アニメです。
戦闘シーンがチープだなどの意見も多々ありますが、後半へかけて盛り上がっていくストーリー性は目を見張るものがあります。
正直、この２巻当たりでは、本筋に触れているものの謎だらけで理解に苦しむ部分があります。
あくまで前半部分は後半へ続く複線です。
全９巻すべてで一つのストーリーを織り成していますので、すべてを見て再評価して頂きたいアニメだと思います。

２巻は☆３つとしましたが、ＴＶ版の現在の状態は☆５つの評価です。

4.0 out of 5 stars 偏見はNG、見る人が何を求めるかで変わるアニメ, 2006/8/15
アニメフェアの告知で見たときから注目していた作品
ロボットアクションというよりはガンダムのように人間の葛藤を描いたヒューマンドラマと言える
キャラが魅力的、というよりは中盤でその関係性が加速する辺りが最大の魅力
だが変な部分で中途半端だったりと煮え切らない部分も多く、爽快な勧善懲悪は無いと考えて良い
CGは「光」というイメージやディティールの凝ったメカには適しているが、動きに迫力が欠けてしまうのが難点
このDVDを含め、前半は少しローペースで伏線を撒いている為その３つの部分で飽きてしまう人も多いはず
もし放送を見ないでDVDで見ようという人が居るなら
今からでも放送を見て伏線を確認するほうが楽しめるかもしれない

荒廃し人類が絶滅した世界。ゲームの中と同じ世界。SFじみた飛行艇や人型兵器を操り、謎の敵と戦う世界。
見慣れた日常からすれば、あり得ない世界のはずなのに・・・。
この巻では、私たちはキョウと共に2つの世界を彷徨い続けます。自分自身が何者なのかを確かめるように。
ゼーガペインの世界観が徐々にはっきりしていく過程が面白い巻ですね。
アプローチとしてはキアヌリーブス主演の某映画に似ているかもしれません。が、勿論ゼーガならではのオリジナリティ満載です。

ところで、私達の現実の世界ってなんなんでしょうね。
最近視聴したアニメの一説に「この世界は、ある人物がみている夢なのではないかと考えられています」なんて件がありましたが。
別に現実逃避するつもりもありませんが、こんなことを考えるのも何か楽しいと思ったりしました。
