デリカテッセンとして2000年頃から活動スタート。大阪を拠点にアンダーグランド・ヒップホップ・シーンを牽引し続け、数々の海外大物アーティストのフロントアクトを務める。毎回4人で衣装を合わせ、パフォーマンス(特にヒョウタンがブースからフロントに飛び出す事も)が話題を呼び、瞬く間にその噂は全国に広まる。そして2005年7月に「Steppin'」でメジャー・デビューを飾り、その後は2枚のシングルをリリース。2006年2月15日には1stアルバム「デリカテッセン」をリリース。
