1stアルバムをすでに持っている場合、同時発売のリミックス集も購入すると、3枚の1stアルバムstars of cctvを所有することになる。さて、どうしよう？たしかに大傑作アルバムだから、「3枚持ってたってかまわないじゃないか！」、レコード会社の人ならそういう風に言うかもしれない。しかし、庶民的感覚というのは、同じものを3つ手にしたら、何とか有効に使いたいと思うもの。まずは、すでに何度も聴いたオリジナルの1st。買取に出すには聴き込みすぎている。手放すのが惜しい気もするが、hard-fi普及のために、音楽好きの友人にプレゼントしよう。次に、リミックス集についてきた1枚。バラ売りというわけにもいかないので、あまりこういうことはしたくないが、サッとパソコンに取り込んで、リミックス集を丸ごと買取に出す。これで、手元にはこのライブDVD付のstars of cctvが残ることになる。新しいファンが増えるし、3枚の同じアルバムを手にすることに抵抗を感じていたファンは、中古CDショップでためらうことなくリミックス集を手にすることになる。しかし、スッキリしない。そもそも、こういう売り方について、hard-fiのメンバー達が知っていたら嫌がるような気がするし、何よりも1stアルバムに衝撃を受けて、聴き続けてきたファンの気持ちが軽んじられているようで・・・。

同じアルバムを3枚買わせるレコード会社のやり方は、気に入らないけど好きだから買っちゃいました。レコード会社の思う壷ですね。ただDVDの内容は、釣りがかえってくるくらい充実してます。特に、ハードトゥビートとリビングフォーザウイークエンドは文句なしにアガります。あとたのむからDVD単品発売はやめてね。

Living for the weekendが好きで欲しかったのだが、元々評判の高いアルバムだったし、ＤＶＤの収録数も多く迷わず購入した。
Move on nowはとても胸に染み入るようなメロディーと歌詞で気に入った。あと、Stars of CCTVも良かった。
