自分は人より体がポッチャリなのですが上半身は余裕で入ります。
ですが写真をみてわかるように下のほうがッキュとしまってますよね
で、足を入れるとパンパンになってしまいまるでボンス○スハム見たいになってしまいます
美味しそうです
肝心の保温性ですがとても暖かいです今のこの寒い時期ならこのシュラフと掛け布団で十分すぎる暖かさがとれます
この値段でこの性能なら過ぎた性能です
迷っていて中肉中背のかたなら迷わずにこれにするべきです

10月下旬にキャンプで使用しました。屋外ではさすがに寒いと思いますが、テントの中での使用であれば、この時期でも十分です。軽量ですし、この価格ならお買い得だと思います。
