大切な仲間を亡くして落ち込んでいたゴールデンウイーク、たまたま手に入れた本作品の香港版DVDにどっぷりはまりました。日本語字幕がないので繁体中文と英語字幕で何十回も見、絶対にクリスマスの香港に行くと決意。広東語教室へ通い、半ば無理やり有休を取って行った香港ではロケ地探しに明け暮れ…と、何に対しても気力を失っていた私を救ってくれた映画。音楽もとても素敵です。国内版が出ると知り、待ち遠しい気持ちでいっぱいです。出てくるのは心優しい善人ばかり、幸せな気分になれる映画です。

チャン・チェン─彼だけを目的に観ましたが思いの外よい作品でした!盲目の女性がメインで登場しますが、それをテーマにしていないので重くなりすぎず、むしろポップで見やすかったです。大まかに二つのストーリーがあって、それを地下鉄と天使が繋いでいる感じ。ファンタジーなんだけど表向きあんまり突飛なサプライズがない(一応のところ日常生活を送っているという意味で)ので、ほどよく天使を信じさせてくれる。こんなふうに自分の知らないところで奇跡を起こしてくれているのかもって。ただの妄想でしょうか?でも誰も見てないんだから、天使の仕業かもしれないですよね?原作は絵本だそうです。まだ読んでいませんが、この映画を観て興味がわきました。作中の印象的な言葉は原作から抜粋されたんだろうか?あの言葉たちを自分の感性で発してみたい。「目を閉じると、一番大切なものが見える」とかね。

ジョー・マ監督の常連がたくさん出演のあったかい映画です。
香港版での鑑賞なので大筋しかわかっていませんが、いつものコメディエンヌぶりを抑えた感じのミリアムが魅力的です。お父さん役の林雪がとっても娘思いで素敵です。
「インファナル・アフェア」と同時期の映画であり、当たり前ですが、トニー・レオンは両者が同じ人とは．．．さすがです。

コメディ路線を少し押さえてあるので、誰にでも見やすい映画のように思います。
