Flashアニメーションをスクリプト不要で簡単に作成できるソフト。従来は必要だったスクリプト言語の知識がなくても、品質の高いFlashアニメーションをマウス操作だけで作成できる。「覚えること」が非常に少なく、ほとんどの操作をマウスで直感的にでき、思いついた動きを即座に形にできる。特に画像や文字に動きを付けるアニメーションの設定は、あらかじめ用意されたものから選ぶだけで設定可能。アイフォーの「FlashMaker」とイーフロンティアのA4desk Home/Business「Smart Motion」シリーズの機能を搭載している。今バージョンでは、新規作成ウィザードを改善したほか、タイムラインの独立化、パーツパレットのフローティングパレット化等、操作性が向上した。また、コマンドを選択するだけで自動的にWebブラウザが起動し、作成中のFlashコンテンツが再生される「ブラウザプレビュー機能」、プレビューの再生中に、撮りたいシーンでボタンをクリックするだけの「スナップショット機能」、インターネット経由でアップデータがあるかどうかを自動的に確認することができる「アップデータの存在を確認するコマンド」を新規搭載。また、表現力においては、金文字や影付き文字を素早く作成できる「ロゴ文字機能」を新搭載したほか、ユーザーテンプレートの作成が可能に。背景色にグラデーションを使用することもできる。また、あらかじめアニメーション設定が行われたクリップ素材18点を新しく収録したほか、素材内容を見直し、クリップアート606点、背景57点、テンプレート38種類を用意。
